With nearly 18 years as an RN, I’ve seen how lifestyle choices profoundly impact health. My passion for empowering individuals to take control of their well-being stems from recognizing the limitations of traditional medicine in preventing disease and promoting long-term vitality.

Many women struggle with weight loss despite “eating healthy” and exercising; the solution isn’t always to “eat less, exercise more.” I focus on uncovering root causes, often working closely with our wellness PA, Kat, to address issues like thyroid dysfunction or hormone imbalances.
My holistic approach considers sleep, stress, and gut health, and I’m passionate about functional nutrition, which I’m currently pursuing certification in to better support my clients.
